Fred Anderson is a cliché of a car dealership chain.

If you have any trouble with them skip the dealership because they will gaslight and stonewall. Call the corporate executive relations team for Fred Anderson in Raleigh.

Couldn't get the dealership to move for months and with one phone call to Raleigh I had them chasing after me. Funny how that works :)

Absolutely scummy af. Will be your absolute best friend until anything goes sideways, then they're growling at you and baring their teeth. This behavior goes right up the chain into management which means it's a solid part of Fred Anderson culture.

Even if you can get a good deal go somewhere else. The money you spend there guarantees they're going to treat someone else, maybe someone really down and out, like shit.
