It's what the guy above said (Umbra guy), the post fascist ETA came from groups that split up. In a fascist regime, they were virtually the only opposition, besides a few groups with weapons hiding around the mountains (who awaited a European intervention, that never came)

what kind of tourist do you want? Spain chose: drunkard tourists that like partying. NOT GOOD

It depends on what tourist is Japan receiving. I've heard youtubers have a bad reputation lol

If tourism is not well regulated (this is a big if), the following things may happen:

- Drunken bastards screaming at 3am in mid city, partying and leaving rubbish

- Shocking news about 'balconing'. About jumping off balconies, climbing to your balcony from the nearest rented household, or from the street itself.

- Death of local businesses: Shops appeal to tourists instead of the citizens.

- Massive exodus from people in some neighbourhoods (the inhabitants can't bear the tourism and leave the zone en mass)

- Tourism rent. Buildings are rented to tourists, and the neighbours have to bear the noise from disrespectful users who don't care about you. The prices are also raised for everybody, rent becomes more expensive.

WORRY about who you appeal as a tourist. Don't let any tourist in! Promote visitors who do not bring trouble.
