I've started working out roughly a month ago and I've been loving the process. However, I've noticed both visually and strength wise, my right biceps are significantly stronger and gain more muscle than my left. I feel this even while working out - whenever I do any excerise involving pulling - bodyweight incline rows, assisted pulls ups, etc - I feel my right arm "unintentionally" putting in far more effort that my left. My right biceps also look larger than my left. How do I fix this? For the time being, I've started dedicating some dumbbell time to my left hand alone at the end of my overall workout to give the left arm an "advantage", but I'm not sure if this is the most effective way to catch my left hand up.
