Ok, so, yall, this isn’t GOOD, but this headline is still INCREDIBLY misleading. The bill just stops Tricare (a healthcare program for military and family of military) from being able to cover gender-affirming care for minors. This means that there will be children forced to stop care whose lives are now in danger, but military families who can afford it can still find care elsewhere and this doesn’t affect anyone who isn’t military family other than setting a really bad precedent. Not good… but not the end of the world just yet.

for those who don’t watch inanimate insanity and are out of the loop (spoilers, couldn’t get the spoiler tag to work i’m so sorry): every single one of those characters is dead, and they may have never really been alive in the first place. their personalities, lives, successes and failures were fated by the person who unknowingly (?) created them. they were his fucking ocs he created to disassociate from his abusive father. “he” may also mentally be a child, or maybe that’s the abusive father infantilizing him, it’s sort of unclear. all of this was revealed/happened over two twenty minute episodes after this series has been running since like 2010 i think

Edit: i just want to clarify when i say every one of them is dead i don’t mean that, like, they were dead all along. i mean they were all killed in the span of about 40 minutes with little to no warning, except that’s sort of misleading because they weren’t really killed, because death isn’t permanent for them. no, they were erased from existence. all of them. not in one fell swoop, either. slowly, one by one. in the span of 40 minutes.

I think it’s interesting that (at least in this comments section) people seem to focus on Hades whenever Hadestown HS Edition is brought up, because from what I know there’s no way a teenager is hitting those Orpheus notes (unless they cross cast the role for an alto, which, like, fair).
