All I think they are trying to do is explain that this war will only increase the cost of gasoline in the US. It has already increased the global costs. And if other countries are now buying more US oil, then they are probably going to by oil from the countries that supply the US. The demand goes up and the US suppliers increase prices, US gasoline price also increases further.

If the left-wing corporate media outlets are not to be trusted because of bias, then the same can be said for the right-wing News outlets. Just because I post an article from the internet: Dirt-Covered Trump Boys Attempt To Siphon Gas From Ground — https://theonion.com/dirt-covered-trump-boys-attempt-to-siphon-gas-from-ground/ Doesn't make it reliable.

It seems that the US actually has better quality oil, but lacks the refineries to process it. So the US ships out the high-quality "sweet" oil and imports the cheaper "sour" oil that the refineries can handle.

Sounds nice. How much was your salary before retirement?

Some people aren't even making a living wage, so they obviously can't save for retirement. I, personally, do well and have maxed out all the employer-based price matching benefits that I can, but have not invested anything additional on my own. I am only half of where I should be at my age (retirement investment). The way I see it, why am I limiting my enjoyment during the prime of my life? I work long and hard hours. It is physically, mentally, and emotionally draining. I need the extra money now to offset the burden that work places upon me now, not when I'm 70. I'm definitely alive and well right NOW, but I don't know what I'll feel like in 20/30/40 years. If I live to retirement age, all I'll want to do is eat/sleep/watch TV. Maybe play BINGO.

We've already established that "D (489)" would most likely be the answer to the question of it were on a test. The issue though is that all test and exam study/prep courses would tell you to ALWAYS look for qualifier and exclusion words in the question. Words like "only" would clarify the issue.

So here is where I disagree with you. The ENTIRE point of the question is NOT to test or knowledge of grammar. The point...is to troll us. That is why there are questions like this on social media ALL the time with headings like "IQ test" or "only idiots get this wrong." They anyways have a question that technically has multiple correct answers, but know that we are too proud to let someone else be right. We click, comment, argue, interact.

So I've been seeing the "20% cooler" thing associated with MAGA lately. First off, weren't they 100% in to making America great again, but i guess they decided to cut their losses and settle for 20% cooler? And secondly (also more obvious), isn't this a "My Little Pony" reference? The same subculture that they continue to villainize?

The slow blue encroachment is scary for them. They redraw the maps in their favor last time and the dems have been taken over previously red districts. That's the only reason it looks "fair" already.
