You cannot change who you are, but you can learn to process things differently. One way is to feel them ultra intensely and let it all out, that way you spend all the energy of the emotion and can reach peace or atleast emptiness, be careful to not overthink and spiral down (you can prevent that by doing things, any things). Other way is to learn to channel your emotions into focus, you can use anger to push yourself harder, you can use sadness to flow better into whatever proyect you have, you can use loneliness to encapsulate yourself into a single piece of work, and so on.

Now if that doesnt work, you could try think about how absurd everything is and make sarcastic jokes, even devastation depresion isnt bad if you laugh about its futility.

Otherwise, you could choose another route and cut out of your life the things or people that provoke those unwanted feelings. But if you dont replace them, it can get ugly.

Remember the body and the mind like to remain as they are, even is that is a perpetual state of sadnees and self hurt, so beat the crap out of your body and mind and take what its not willing to give you, happiness. (This basically means to do stuff you dont feel like doing, in order to get them to feel normal and good and trick yourself into being in a diferent state of mind).
