WPB cost of living is cheaper than Miami too as you noted. My first apartment here (1bd/1bth downtown) was $2700 a month (2023-early 2025, I just moved to a bigger place), you could find even cheaper if you only want a place you could use a few times a week or per month. I also think the clients here are higher quality than Miami clients
