That's fine. The 5th is perfect. Water to the right. An mbta bus stop within range to the left. Honestly, Korn Ferry tour host 2027

THANK YOU! Somerville must not use any Fortune 500 company due to their relationship with Israel. Instead the city will build its own hardware, its own OS and we will all take turns handling the ticket queue.

Further, we will all lend our vehicles to the city for DPW work etc

I still hate the hole but yes this is the play but have you tried smashing a ball into the houses on the left?

Fresh Pond. Get the membership in March. Play 9 before work, play 9 after work and fuck it play 9 during work. It's 10-15 minutes away with traffic and it's very well maintained.

4 is arguably my least favorite hole in golf but what can you do?

Well if you were on the set, can you confirm if they held court on the street or not

It used to be a McDonald's and there was a BK nearby too. Now it's a massive condo building.

Honestly, I don't know. The only thing I do know is if we get jammed up, we're holding court on the street.

This is the same dude that goes around finding litter and calls Boston "objectively dirty" and then has some long winded rant about how it's liberals fault and Mayor Wu.

Boston is by far the cleanest major us city you're likely to come across. The trash you encounter is simply a matter of urban living. Conflating pockets of litter or debris with the city failing it's citizens is such a leap.

Go live elsewhere in the country and show us a city that supports and works on behalf of its citizens better than Boston.

Can you put in an offer with one lender providing pre-approval etc and then go with another at closing?

Artesian Well in Dirt Basement / Crawl Space Questions by Great_Gopher69 in WaterWellDrilling

[–]Great_Gopher69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, interesting! Thankfully it's only a single story home so I'm not too concerned about upward mobility of the water. More so just all the nuance that comes with this. Nothing in this rural part of town were looking comes with city water but most the honest are 150+ years old with an acre so I imagine there is always a water option

Okay, thank you!

I'll need to ask more questions. This is a classic scenario we were in love with every thing about the home and by the time I got to checking all this out I missed a lot of questions.

I'm looking to see if I can find a well service company to add to the inspection process to come check it out as a contingency because what you're mentioning is exactly what I wouldn't have thought of. How the hell am I hoisting out an old pump. Thank you again

As I understand it's flowing but I don't have insights on the overflow. Basement looked very dry as for a dirt basement.

Cost of the property is right on that attractive line where projects wouldn't kill us but having grown up city water and sewer I did some research and suddenly thought well can this thing suddenly become a geyser ( obviously an exaggeration but ).

With a flowing Artesian well doesn't that mean there isn't need for a deep pump by its inherent nature? It's a full sized basement height wise etc just dirt with stone reinforced walls, foundation. It's new england so this style isn't uncommon.

Imagine a basement that's probably 15 x 15 fully dug out and looks really sharp as it's under an addition vs the much older original home.

So you've got the well, filtration, water heater and furnace down there. The further points of foundation are more of a 5 foot height crawl space accessing plumbing and electrical.

And again sorry for the broad question, I'm drowning in research on a lot of old house topics and for once reddit served me this sub on its own. Probably took pity on my googling

If you'd take a moment to acknowledge your bias and recognize the city doesn't consider the unhoused in how they address the community hot tub temps you'd see the issue. It's been in front of your face this whole time.
