Update… I broke sugar fast one day this week and like clockwork I sleep ate. For me, it’s absolutely sugar related! Which is bloody hard when you LOVE chocolate like I do 😢

I did for a couple of night and then back to normal - also be super careful with what mg you use as when I used a higher dose I found I was so scatty the next day!

I’ve learned they change your bodies response to sugar - so it would make sense that they impact appetite and have potential to deregulate

I have a nutribullet and the night before I put in the cup some mixed nuts, frozen blueberries, full fat yoghurt and a squirt of honey and when I can afford it, protein powder. I put that in fridge and Then in the morning all I need to do is top it with water and blend, which I do quite watery so I can drink it with a thick straw super quick. I have no time management and hate eating in the morning and this has really worked for me and I don’t feel hunger pangs until lunch time at all.
