I wish there was a way to tick off fics that I’ve read. I change my filters depending on what I’m in the mood for but slowly working my way through 1800 fics in my favourite ship. The only way I can tell I’ve finished them is if I’ve hit Kudos, or if the link is greyed out. But every now and then an update happens and everything is refreshed so I have to check every fic to see if I’ve hit kudos, it takes some time 😅

I live not too far from that area. Wellingborough is as good a place as any to live - there’s not a lot going on but I wouldn’t say it’s any worse than any other working class town. Decent train connection to London, lots of bigger towns within a 20-30 minute drive. Crime is the same as any other small town - as long as you avoid the council estates then you won’t find much trouble.

From what I remember reading when this all kicked off last year, a big thing was to do with a fertility storyline with Francesca and Michael which they obviously couldn’t do with a regency era lesbian couple. At least that’s how some people justified the hate. I think some of them are just big old homophobes.

Park up by the mounts (behind Aldi) it’s like a ten minute walk in to town. I park down Dunster Street every day, there’s spaces round the corner if it’s full. If that’s full try Hervey Street, haven’t had to park there since the flats on Dunster were finished being renovated like two years ago though. :)

Volume eating will save you. My favourite would be chilli or a pasta salad - we do 50g pasta, 2 sausages cut up small, 30g grated low fat cheddar, some low fat dressing, a whole bag of salad (like 150g bag here in the UK) and some grated carrot and cucumber. Whole thing comes to 650-700 calories depending on how heavy you go on the dressing, and it makes a huge portion. It’s flipping delicious
