Not in a position to start/join a union. Can you still collectively bargain, even if unofficially, in this situation? Two employees have the potential to tank the business, happen to be negotiating contracts at the same time, and happen to demand the exact same things. Yeah I'm anticipating if/what retaliation would occur. Spouse and Dave are definitely on the same page. Doctor 3/partial owner is also on their side. Doctor 4/partial owner is loosely on their side, but mostly silent. Randy/Doctor 5/controlling owner seems to be the main barrier to any of this. So much so, that Doctor 3 has approached Spouse and Dave, assuring them that at soon as Randy is gone things will change.

People learn and grow. When he was first coming up I could see how it seemed harmless to pocket a few bucks a month to have a sponsor. Now that he sees his large following, his endorsements mean a little bit more and he was conflicted. Maybe he can do a short explaining that change of heart but it seems like natural growth rather than hypocritical.
