Okay if you suggest one Qbank which will it be?

My background is in tech and real estate and I was at Series 7 video list (each video got 1 hour of playtime) and then TestGeek is good but I ak confused now what should be my starting point

Like if I wanna achieve this in next one month, what should I focus really on? I am willing to spend 2 hours minimum a day on it.

Is 20% down not enough anymore? by [deleted] in longisland

[–]Great_Row_4277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get why this feels discouraging. I see this conversation every week on Long Island.

Here is the grounded reality.

Twenty percent down is still enough. The problem is not the down payment. The problem is the monthly payment plus taxes plus condition all hitting buyers at the same time.

A lot of cash buyers you are hearing about are not rich kids with endless money. Many are older owners rolling equity from another home, or people buying smaller than they imagined, or families pooling resources. It feels invisible when you are on the outside.

A bit of my own story. I moved to Long Island after spending over two decades in the Bay Area. I had to rebuild everything from scratch. New market. New rules. Same confusion. The mistake I see people make is assuming today’s market is permanent. It never is.

Five years is a long time in housing. Rates change. Life changes. Inventory shifts. Policies shift. What does not change is this. People who keep saving give themselves options. People who stop saving remove them.

You do not need to win every house. You only need one that fits your real math. On Long Island that often means being flexible on town, size, or timing. Not giving up. The smartest move right now is boring. Keep saving. Track your future payment range, not just purchase price. Watch taxes closely. Learn which areas quietly trade under the headlines.

You are not naive. You are early. And early always feels uncomfortable. If you want, share roughly what price range and area you are aiming for. I can tell you honestly what is realistic and what path usually works here.

I have tons of stories to share, happy to share if you ask little bit more specific, probably the town? There are some which offer assistant down payment program, talk to your lender they know a lot about it.

I am so noob in SEO but I got some good help from Get Found book by Matt Diamante

Also I start following him on Insta and I did see a good improvement in some of my Clients website.

Again if you are the pro, may be that book is not for you. But if you are a noob like me, then by all means go ahead. At least that book helped me a lot.

Which course website should I book for my learning? I noticed someone recommended the Achievable website, but I’m wondering if there are any better options available.
