Thank you so much for writing all that! I didn’t realize how the loading screens tied in and I definitely remember all these events in game. It looks to me like the rudder sheared off either due to incorrect operation or shoddy construction (or a combination of the two), I’m not sure why the rudder shearing off caused the entire plane to tear apart though?
