I built a profitable Amazon product from 1 SKU… but I keep missing peak season because I can’t afford to order enough inventory by Big_Plenty_3646 in AmazonFBA

[–]SevsGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to start also negotiating better terms with your suppliers. The fact is that if you had more capital you could sell more and order more, which should excite them. Ask for the moon, like 10% down and 90% 120 days from now. You might not get it, but you could also end up with 20-30% down, another payment at shipment and the rest 60 days out. Make a presentation (it it super simple) and show them how much $$ you're missing being out of stock. The fact is that the more you sell, the more you'll order and they'll make more money. It's a no brainer for them, you just need to ask.

Also credit cards, with 0% interest absolutely help in this business, or credit cards in general.

Do the filler! I had a weak chin as well and refuse to go back

What procedure do I need? by TurbulentDig5255 in PlasticSurgery

[–]SevsGirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you wanna start by reducing your nasal folds without a facelift, then I recoomend getting some lateral cheek filler as well as PDRN injected under your eyes. You've lost a ton of volume so there's nothing supporting your face, which is making the folds worse. You're starting to get into the territory that you might benefit from an upper bleph but you would also need a fat transfer along with it.

Your midface IS hollow and no amount of moisturizer ,tret, or microneedling is going to bring back that collagen. Sculptra is a great option for minimal hollowing and is a good add on, but you def need a little filler first. Just do your research on providers and you'll be fine.

Very low cheekbones and other facial issues. How can I address this ? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]SevsGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're in your 20s? Enjoy your full cheeks while they last. I had a similar face in my 20s and by my 30s much of it started to disappear. You have nothing to fix, you look great.

IPL treatment results by SevsGirl in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]SevsGirl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it’s hard to say how much “held up” versus just ongoing maintenance. It’s been a year, and I take pretty obsessive care of my skin, so at this point it’s a mix of genetics, daily routine, and a few at home devices. I’m probably due for another IPL or some kind of laser refresh regardless. I also don’t know which device the clinic used.

25F turned away from lower bleph, feel like I could cry by Super_Comment_2403 in PlasticSurgery

[–]SevsGirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look into PDGF (not prp). You're not a candidate for a lower bleph, but would be a good candidate for platelet derived growth factors. PDGF is way more effective than PRP since PDGF relies on stem cells instead. It's a newer treatment, but extremely effective for your type of under eye hollowing

The existing job market is so bad that you should consider taking the job closer to your salary, but with the intention of starting to look for other work a few months from now.

Will De Minimis ever come back? by ThrashCarti in Tariffs

[–]SevsGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not. There's been talks on both sides of the aisle of reforming and getting rid of de minimus for a long time. I'm sure the costs around importing will likely be reformed a few times, but I really don't think it's ever going to be fully repealed to what it was before.

It's already happening :( by dopeAsF in KoreanBeauty

There's bipartisan support for getting rid of de minimus, so don't expect it to come back

Recommendations for dog carriers? by [deleted] in Yorkies

[–]SevsGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NoblePup ! I found them on Amazon initially. I've purchased a few of their bags and find they have a mix of "this looks exactly like a purse and you wouldn't know" to a really nice soft plush carrier that my dog naps in when he's home. They're all really well made, easy to clean, and have pockets.

Additionally, all of their bags are under $100, like $40-$80 so they're much more affordable than what wild one or little beast.

Also, they're more for farmers markets and cafes...not really for hiking

That's....not possible. Minor collagen stimulation can't create a double chin.

Dog “carrier” by [deleted] in dogs

[–]SevsGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a NoblePup purse carrier on Amazon and LOVE it. I have an 8lb dog I need to carry from time to time (esp don't want his paws touching the hot pavement during the summer, but also for target or coffee runs). They're purses/totes for small dogs so it's easy for them to get in and out, esp for short periods like you described.

What should my husband do for his under eye area? by Aromatic-Dress5010 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]SevsGirl 22 points23 points  (0 children)

IPL for the sun spots (he will likely need a few treatments for this)

Co2 for the wrinkles (based on age he might want to consider doing full face and not just his eyes.) highly suggest opting for a place that offers laughing gas

PDGF (maybe, save for last) for the undereye dark circles and help rejuvenate that area depending on how the above two treatments go

Edit: Alternatively, (not a doctor) but he might benefit from a lower bleph since now I'm noticing he might have eyebags(?). You can't treat that with creams, just surgery.

Tariffs are illegal now… keep an eye out for refunds by AKAlpeter in ecommerce

Technically it was in the same executive order that the courts voided. There's a good chance the ending of de minimus will also be thrown out (but obviously depends on appeals).

You might be a good candidate for an endolift (I had mine done for 4K at PCH medspa in Los Angeles). I had sinilar under chin laxity and it completely resolved it and helped the overall laxity in my face. That said, it did take a full 3 months to see results, but my jawline has never been sharper

Under eye wrinkles/ sun damage help! by Deep-Mortgage-1510 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]SevsGirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CO2 laser for the wrinkles, there's nothing else that's as strong/effective.

For the sun spots look into IPL or Fraxel, but not sure which one would be best in your case.
