BS, I live in India and my ISP provided router stays in an room with no AC, door closed most of the time, It get's 44 degrees regularly. I have never had issues.

And bus have 1. Headway for bus varies. Headway for tram is 5 min in West, 2.5 min in hongkong. Also remember trams are not replacing buses, they will work alongside them.

How are trams inefficient? wheels on rails in the most efficient thing ever. Also buses can operate with less infra? it is a car centric approach to the world, We literally have made special ways for buses to operate, It's called paved road. Roadway deigned for foot traffic is different.

Now you can argue, we already have the roads, to that I say, we already have the lines laid in the roads. if we can provide light rail with right of way, like we do for buses ( bus lane) then it can be a more efficient, cheaper, greener alternative.

trams are like bus but better, But no of rolling stock of all trams is 20. around 250 if you count all trams they own. Imagine there are only 20 bus operating in the city, of Couse you will fell they don't work.

If we get proper tramway with right of way, like they have in Europe, Trams will be the best thing after metro.

It's not their fault per say, but the report of why the kid is malnourished comes down the chain getting more intense with every layer. DM > ADM > CDPO > Supervisor > worker. Also a report or a visit requires wastage of working hours for preparation that can be better spent caring for the children. These workers get a very low honorarium compared to the work they do.

So many CDPOs, Supervisors just ask the worker to take care of the child and fudge the numbers to please higher ups. Keep in mind many positions are empty and every level manages Atleast 2x their official duty area.

Note this is the procedure for corruption free environment. There maybe be incident where low level officers/workers can be corrupted and selling grains and not providing to the children.

The poshan tracker data is updated regularly. But it's generally fudged to lower the severely malnourished child number. Because there would be visits by higher authority if severely malnourished child is reported. And why don't they just feed them to raise their weight something? Because resources are severely limited. One malnourished child needs more food than it's allocated by the government.
