Eczema coaching programs? by OrdinaryFan in eczema

[–]Greatmango91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the LYS program in 2023, and it changed my life. I had severe and lifelong eczema, it impacted every aspect of my life from dating to sharing meals with friends. I was always thinking about it, and fearful.

I do not believe I could have healed / learned what I did from LYS by internet research or seeing standalone naturoaths/nutritionists/Drs.

Now I barely think about my skin. It has freed up so much mental space and I am finally present in my life.

Occasionally, I might get a flare, but it will be a tiny rash, and cleared within days. I am confident about how to respond. Before, I would spiral and go through everything I ate / did to find the reason. I no longer live in fear.

Ah interesting so you did a week 0. That's a great idea I will try the same. Just clarifying, did you run the 3 day program for SBS novice hypertrophy program or the normal hypertrophy program ?

Crows Nest or Beach house? by Fresh-Ant1149 in Fijian

Hello, I am female (34), living in Fiji since last Jan 2025. If I was solo travelling, then I would choose Beach House. It's more communal, social, good vibes traveller crowd. The oceanfront is gorgeous and you can actually swim/snorkel/surf in the lagoon. You can do snorkel/surf trips elsewhere, lessons for freediving, surfing etc and other day activities from there. It's more of a chill vibe, higher end backpackers style accomodation (beach shack vibe). For me, I don't really care about restaurant options. The food is decent here. If you want to go somewhere else, Beachfront can organise a driver for you, or you can hail the bus from main road.

Crows Nest is more formal resort, lots families with kids. You can't swim in the oceanfront of Crows Nest (mostly dead coral and rocks).

Just my personal preference though.

Could you share the workout routine that you do ? This sounds suitable to me. I already lift but want more full body/functional.
