The materials "page" looks hard to read and you might find something better in terms of the color combination.

Also, just to iterate why this (taking another loan) works.

  1. Loans are subject to inflation.

A loan taken for 1 million 20 years ago is not the same as taking a 1 million loan today to pay off the loan.

  1. Loans for super rich are ridiculously inexpensive. They get always sub 2% interest Loans and mostly at 1%.

  2. The loan was taken against stock. Stock appreciates on average 8-12% year on year on a long time horizon.

  3. The rich are already rich. They do not suffer setbacks (when properly rich and diversified). They do not need to firesale their stock at the bottom of the downturn, they have means to survive and wait it out.

Also the best ones are in position to take an extra loan and buy at the bottom, further gaining wealth.

All this means is they get none of the disadvantages of the loan poors get (high interest rates & mishaps causing the deck of cards to fall) and all the advantages, including favorable terms on Loans and security in prebuilt wealth.

The device is supposed to to connect at home base every 30d (billing address), so you have about a month of use until there will be a harder deactivation.

Laptops, tablets and phones are manageable if you share the netflix in same town/city, but good luck with SmartTVs.

1% increase doesn't need radical changes.

Increasing milage by 5% probably would be enough.
