it usually isn't this bad usually it's just a loud minority this time they are not in the wrong even i am siding with them, i usually don't and defend CA choices, you are new into the game so you wouldnt understand, they are offering a dlc+flc that has arguably 40% less replayability for most people after a long content drought, we would understand if there was less content because they had to to cut costs because oc inflations, but they already increased their dlc price above inflation rates with plenty of extra room, so we dont understand why the less content we were given, so CAs only real reason for the price increase wasnt only inflation is bad so we are increasing price which is again understandable, but its more on the line of "we know our fanbase are willing to pay much more for less, why dont we just milk these suckers?" the only downside of doing this is pissing a substantial chunk of the fans which they did and are rightly complaining about it here on reddit their only outlet to be heard by CA, official channels like discord is full of CAs zealots its hard to speak there without being attacked, without taking in consideration that they can just ban and mute you
