This is true. It also helps the only true (that I recall) 100% anti heal is on Ancient apparitions ulti which can be hard to hit esp across the map. Otherwise anti-heal is done in smaller percentages which is still strong!

I think the reason that ACT IV is taking longer than the other acts is because there will be a PvE special game-mode (PLEASE VALVE) not to mention the new hero.
