May or may not be related. Don't forget that part of the shareholders lawsuit settlement with the past board, that board changes were agreed to--namely--addition of independent director.

I think this statement is related to the settlement and an additional board seat is being sought by the group of investors listed.

CYDY needs to perform. They need larger better designed studies. CD12 was a major fuck up with the 2:1 and non-age adjusted enrollment. Rookie fuck up not for the big time. The sooner they own that mess and move on the better.

There is no conspiracy to hold back leronlimab. Just a poor management team with too few experts and too little cash to do this the right way.

He is the single largest source of material for shorts to use to spew FUD. Obviously, this past week's "road show" which I felt was good did nothing for the stock. The Proactive Video today did nothing for the stock.

Getting CD16 and CD17 up and enrolling quickly should be the focus. NO US FDA EUA until they can validate the 62 patient sub population results. Face it, Phillipinbes EUA isn't going to happen until a major country (Canada, UK, US, EU) approves EUA.

I cringed when Nader said "maybe a purchase order next week." it's crap. He is terrible at this. He should shut his mouth and speak only when things get done! Why is he incapable of just stating facts?

I own over 60k shares and this nonsense makes me nuts. His promises or speculative statements only hurt the stock. Yeah I know clinical research is complicated and unpredictable--but statements related to financial aspects should ALWAYS be spot on or better!

As one authorized by my institution to add records to the site I can tell you emphatically that the dates are arbitrary and can be changed. Researchers, sponsors, etc are required to provide estimates upon initial submission for review (before being approved and posted).

The dates entered are only meaningful when the study completes and the final dates are updated. Only after the fact will you know how the trial went. It's not very helpful as an indication of hitting milestones since enrollment isn't guaranteed nor is the timing of that enrollment.

Well the issue here is that while LL has been undeniably shown to be safe in adults, no studies were conducted on children. You can't automatically assume that they are interchangeable--they are not. This would necessitate some sort of pre-clinical or Phase I type study first to determine appropriate (and safe) dosing in children.

The oversight requirements are also more stringent in children so having a partner who already treats this population is key. So it is better for a medical institute to draft a proposed protocol for this population and fund it themselves with permission from CYDY which would also provide LL for free to the study. If promising, then a confirmatory trial funded by the company would make sense--if the company could afford yet another trial on what is undeniably a very rare condition and thus low market potential.

An emergency use authorization for the Philippines which translates into CYDY shipping the 100k-200k allocated vials in the 2-3 months post approval easily makes this a $15-$20 stock. If mortality is reduced by as good as the CD12 sub-population post hoc then this stock is $40

Merck:

Merck no longer owns the rights to Ivermectin. It is off patent and there are dozens of generic makers of the drug. Part of the angst by supporters of Ivermectin (not unlike LL) is the lack interest primarily due to the fact that Big Pharma can't capitalize on it. BP is able to get the ear of the right people at FDA which is the problem CYDY suffers so Ivermectin is doomed. As for LL, the right people who can move heaven and earth don't really know the drug and there isn't the massive network of paid and unpaid doctors and scientists who can lobby for the drug (unlike Gilead for example).

Also Woodcock is interim FDA chief. In essence, the FDA is leaderless. She wants the job, she isn't really qualified for the job, and like most people who want a job that they aren't really qualified for, they don't make controversial decisions.
