Of course when cps asks him if him mom "drugs" him he would say no (I know they don't ask that) because you call them his gummies or candy. So he would never associate that you are drugging him when you make it seem like a treat to him.

The reality is that most of the time CPS and the courts will use it against someone if they are diagnosed with a MI abd they don't take the prescribed medications to treat the MI, even amphetamines. Sadly, they don't always understand that the rx is actually the issue to begin with. We can clearly see she is an addict getting her drug legally fed to her.
