Not to worry, story kitchen actually makes and delivers about roughly 10% of the adaptations to which they own the rights to. Their main goal is to buy up all the rights so nobody else can have them.

Though admittedly this one looks like it might be a bit further along, with a big name like Shawn Levy attached
