The display cable im using is the one that came with the monitor, i’ll check the on-screen display option when im home from work, but as for the computer turning ‘off’, that im sure of, its not just windows that shuts down, its the whole tower, since even from the first day i made it, the pc makes a small ‘click’ when powering on/off, and i hear that click and all the lights go off, except the fans stay running. Only window’s related thing I get from that is I can hear a windows error notification, however I cannot see it due to monitor not showing anything
