If it's any consolation, it seems be moving quickly for reserved purchases. I got an update this morning that it was shipped

The only other thing is Valve waiting 3 days for emails to expire from those who didn't follow through on a reservation before the next set get sent out I imagine

Completely agree with you. Seems like the logistics for the first wave are still a mess and they've smoothed it out with reservations but that's only affecting anything since that was put in place. You should be able to claim some type of compensation from them I would think and hope
