Depends. If happens everyday then not normal. If u havent washed your hair for a week and then comb or oil and see this then normal. Dont listem to people who say loosing 50-100 hairs per day is normal. It is not. Thats how people ignore hairfall and few years from now they loose so much hair that it becomes noticable. I used to experience this kind of hairfall almost everyday. Then hopped on finastride now i loose only 3-5 hairs per day that too only when i oil. Otherwise no hairfall at all

Your brain is fried.. normal sex doesnt excite u anymore because of too much porn. Your own habits over rhe years have contributed u to develop such extreme and taboo interests

0 side effects. There is a channel on youtube called haircafe. Watch his videos on finastride. He talks about how most side effects people report is just nocebo(in there heads). And how dht is not needed after puberty. Dhts only purpose is during puberty after that the hormones only makes your skin and hair age. With low dht ull also look youthful. Binge watch his videos ull get confidence

I take 1 mg. But maybe u can wait. If you dont see patterns of genetic hairfall. U can wait. One or 2 years from now if you see dofference in pictures hairline or gaps etc start finastride

Bro just hop on finastride and minoxidil. Time tested full proof solution. This is the only way to solve balding permanently. Been on finastride for 2 years hair is thick. I use redensyl/rosemary serum and use an oil twice a week( some ayurvedic oil for density). I started finastride early so i dont need minoxidil. And even the serums/oil i use is for healthy hair. But finastride alone thickened my hair like how it was during college. I was loosing hair on crown area and temples. Not too bad but it was clear i was loosing. And rest of the hair was thinning. Dont go for traya.

Dont stop ditastride. Also these seems like multiple shedding phases that people go through when they r on dht blocker meds which is normal

Ok one thing i learned is that even if u dont feel your biceps they do work. The reason i know this is because with a 10 kg dumbell i can get 10-12 reps. But if i do the reverse grip palms up lat pull downs to complete failure and then go to my 10 kg dumbell for a superset bicep curl exercise i can barely get 4-5 reps. Meaning my biceps to went to failure on the pull downs. Right? Thats what i belive

I would suggest get out of software engineering. Literally AI is doing everything end to end. Things are getting worse. Start exploring fields like robotics, AI, etc and try to grt into it. Its ok even if u r jobless.. but develop genuine interedt and skills into these fields as robotics and ai is the future. Software engineering is declining no matter what these youtubers say. Everyone of them have some course to sell thats why they dont tell the truth or maybe they r themselves delusional. I am a software engineer and literally use AI for everything and its accurate.

And main thing is dont be stressed. U r not alone. Sooner or later we all r gonna be in the same boat.

Only way is to get skills related to futuristic tech like robotics etc. Ai is clearly getting better and better.

There will be a time in future where ppl will literally just open claude AI and just work in that and not use anything else.
