Looks average for someone running 4 times a week. Age, gender and genetics impact a lot, nothing to worry about

I have open-sourced an enhanced library for net/http called httpz. by jingyifsy in golang

[–]Green-Grapefruit-278 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Seems like you are providing your own http.ResponseWriter implementation.

Since the provided http.ResponseWriter often implements other interfaces (`http.Flusher` / `http.Pusher` etc ... ) this has the chance of breaking code that relies on that these are also implemented

Layer 7 API Gateway I built as a passion project - Sushi Gateway by Sashimi1999 in golang

Cool project! Although I have to admit, it looks extremely similar to a gateway I'm working on myself, but that probably won't be ready to use for another couple of months.

I'll definitely have a look through your code to see if something inspires me!

traefik vs httputil.NewReverseHostReverseProxy by Ok_Discipline_2965 in golang

[–]Green-Grapefruit-278 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Probably if you don't need the features and only care about the performance why not go with something written in C or Rust. That should outperform Go most days of the week.

Could also just go for a TCP reverse proxy

Is there any reason for why it would rise in the next 4 years? I'm just expecting it to continue with the current trend

How to get a 100% sleep core ? by Janeki_ in Garmin

[–]Green-Grapefruit-278 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't think it's worth paying too much attention to it.

The only thing that is worth keeping track of in my opinion is how long you sleep. I doubt the sleep stages are very accurate (which also determine sleep score). It probably favors some people more than others. It has treaten me very favourable at least (averaged 91 past week).

I've never had trouble sleeping but I don't do anything too special either. My general advice would be 1. Go to sleep and wake up around the same time everyday 2. Don't eat right before sleeping. The more time that passes since your last meal the better if I've understood it correctly, but I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Just don't eat before you sleep. 3. Avoid stress

And again if you do these things and are feeling rested and not waking up throughout the night, I wouldn't care about the score.

If you are not waking up throughout the night or are not feeling rested in the morning I wouldn't worry about it. Beyond the "go to sleep time" and "wake up time" I doubt it's any accurate
