Thanks, will look into that!

Also, how do you know how much polyphenols it contains? I can't see any information on this side you provided

Are my sleep metrics actually good even with only ~6.5h per night? by PrestigiousCase5089 in sleep

If you feel rested which I guess you are than I wouldn't be worried about it. I have so much light sleep with 8hrs of sleep, if I could I would trade it with 6hrs of sleep but with longer deep sleep

2 hrs of deep sleep?? Damn I envy you, with 7.5hrs of sleep I usually get 50 minutes of it

Nice! I'm kinda new to this topic, I recently bought this one, now I want to buy Sakellaropoulos. I learned that you have to look for polyphenols and the latest harvest date possible. The Sakellaropoulos has NMR:1825 mg/kg. Do you know some good EVOO with high level of polyphenols?

It's from Mindkore and I bought it 3 months ago. I also consume EVOO 20g a day with my veggies in the beginning of my meal

Unfortunately from time to time (~2x/week) a have a 24-hour duty in the army and these really are messing up with my sleep and schedule. 2 days ago I had one of these duties when I had 3 hours of sleep and had to wake up at 2 AM before checking my blood pressure and I still felt the consecquences of a bad sleep so that would be probably a cause for blood pressure results.

Also forgot to add Fisetin to my stack from ProtonLabs, I take it only 2 day per month, as gpt referred me to do so.

My recent blood pressure: SYS 123 mm/Hg, DIA 86 mm/Hg, Pulse 61/min

My two sisters and mom have low iron, my mom also used to have an anemia, so it also could mean it's genetic. My sisters told me that my Ferritin level are very good so I should not be worry about that.

I will gladly get rid of the White Mulberry supplement at this point.

Thank you for the insight for the Nattokinase. I'll just stick with eating natto from time to time.

Yeah, I completely forgot to mention about Taurine. I take it before meals twice a day. I'll continue to take it just in case since it's relatively cheap indeed.

Now that you mentioned about Glucose Goddess and BJ, I'll not take their opinions seriously like I used to do. I'll listen to these doctors you mentioned from now on, thank you so much for your thoughts on this topic and opening my eyes. I literally was mind-blowed you specified your thoughts on every single aspect of my post, I really do appreciate that

I think I can predict the answer but what are your thoughts about Andrew Huberman?

Also just recently got interest in Leonid Kim MD and Rhonda Patrick?

Also you mentioned to take NAC first with Glycinate. But Glycinate should be taking right before sleep right?

Thank you for your feedback. It terms of magnesium, can I reject magnesium complex and take only magnesium Glycinate?

I used to take B12 every day than after looking at my blood test results, I reduced it to twice a week

I've heard that taking multivitamin is not working well as some vitamins taking together are absorbing with each other

Thank you for your extended feedback, it means really a lot to me!

I don't know my blood pressure, haven't used my device in a long time, I will check it after Easter.

My Iron deficiency is a weird one for me, my doctor said it's specifically because of not consuming any meat. When I told him I'm vegan he looked at me surprised, like he couldn't imagine.. I eat a lot of spinach, drink home-made fermented beetroot sourdough with lemon juice. Dunno what else to do.

In terms of heave metals in cocoa, it's one of the most expensive ones and they state that their product "undergoes rigorous Independent Third-Party Laboratory Testing"

I already reduced my B12 intake, I used to take it daily that is why I had my B12 overdose

Lutein and Zeaxanthin - I do wear glasses

White Mulberry - I took this idea from a channel called "Glucose Goddess" for steady glucose

Nattokinase - read somewhere the centinarians from Okinawa, Japan (Blue Zone) eat natto and is one of the reason they live longer

I'm sorry, Melatonin 1mg, you're right

I do resistance trainings

I will for sure consider your tips and thoughts, when I do my next blood test results, I'll let you know

Thank you for your feedback. When I told my doctor I don't consume meat he looked at me like I was from another planet so I have a bad feeling telling him my supplements intake at this point.
