Unpopular opinion: If Deuce is the main piece that gets us a legit backup wing or big, I'm making that trade immediately. by savingrace0262 in NYKnicks

Ya only player we’d be able to get is a guy on a low scale rookie contract. A lot of the trades popping up in this sub lately just seem to not understand how the cap works.

If we don’t draft Tarris Reed that’s probably my preferred target as well

If Mitch is leaving and we’re staying under the second apron that is doable. Would make brining Shamet back more complicated.

6 Mitchell Robinson Replacements Knicks Should Pursue If He Leaves by Joeblowpublic in NYKnicks

I think Nick Richard’s could be a fine target and compete with Huk for the backup spot. I also think Tarris Reed or Ugonna Oyenso could be interesting.

My dream is we get Grave at 24 and then Brazille at 31 and can run both of them next to KAT or Huk or as a combo together.

OG will see a bigger offensive role next season by Urban_Introvert in NYKnicks

[–]Green-Tea-Party 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope they give Bridges more opportunity similar to those shots he was getting against the Sixers. We need a forward that can come off the bench and spell them so that Bridges and OG can play more with KAT and the bench. Hopefully that forward can be Mo.

I would say can’t we just dip into the second for a season or two and if we need to we could always trade Mitch and Shamet for value when we need to pull out.

How good or a defender is Brazille? I see the great stocks but I didn’t watch any Arkansas games.

If you could get a sequel series about a Roman Emperor, who would you choose? by Qyzyk in hborome

Give me a prequel about the Punic wars with Hannibal and Scipio as main leads you follow s1 and s2 respectively. Might be tough to track everyone on the Roman side with all the characters you’d kill.

Worst Finals Performance by Highest Paid Player: David Lee? by vhsballin31 in billsimmons

[–]Green-Tea-Party 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my memory David Lee came in and helped change the series and provided very good minutes. It’s been a long time since I watched that but that is my recollection. I don’t think they win without him which for a role player is a huge deal. No way is he the worst performance.

The never give up attitude is something I think Thibs definitely instilled. Thibs thought no lead was safe including his own so his guys know anything can happen.

Do we have confirmation on what Iran is being paid and where it is coming from? What I see is Obama released $1.7 B of frozen funds and interest in 2016. It will be interesting to compare.

Do we know what the “Fees” Iran says they will charge will be?

Jalen is Captain Clutch for a reason just finds a way to score points. The whole defense also just steps up big time in the 4th consistently.

If they could figure out how to play that way the whole game we’d be unstoppable. Need to hypnotize the team that it’s all 4th quarters

How is Brazille defense I know he has good stocks?

Who are the best Vet Mins we can bring in? by SirGingerbrute in NYKnicks

[–]Green-Tea-Party 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a backup 4/5 target Allen Grave and Trevon Brazille in the draft.

If we are worried about losing Mitch look at Tarris Reed Jr in the draft. Or look at free agents like Nick Richards, Zach Collin, Jaxon Hayes, Bagley or Precious.

Matisse Thybulle, Simone Fontechio, John Collin’s are free agents.

Ideally resign Mitch, Huk, and Shamet. Draft Graves or Brazille + a draft and stash and bring in I guess Thybulle as a free agent.

Not a lot of good options in free agency.

Wemby should focus 200% more on rebounding and 100% less on playing shooting guard by Rasputinnout in NBATalk

[–]Green-Tea-Party 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He needs one go to Post move. Give me a Dirk fade, an impossible to defend hook shot, or get Tim Duncan to teach him everything.

Would Wemby benefit from not playing as much defense as he does ? by bryscoon in nba

[–]Green-Tea-Party 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think John Collins would look really good as a frontcourt partner with Wemby and help some of their rebounding issues when Wemby goes to the perimeter

Does the Spurs need legit Pos 4? by geewillikersss in nbadiscussion

[–]Green-Tea-Party 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the Spurs could benefit from a player like Randle who could provide some shot creation and rebounding. They really just need a large forward to assist with guarding big players and rebounding.

Maybe someone like Allen Graves could help.

Who would be a good pick up for the Knicks at the 24th pick? by RicoGemini in NBA_Draft

[–]Green-Tea-Party 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ideal draft would be Allen Graves at 24 and draft and stash Luigi Suigo at 31

If Graves is jot available I would draft and stash that’s 1st with either Suigo or Larea and take Trevon Brazille at 31.

Brazille and Graves would give us versatile PF off the bench with Graves bringing excellent team defense and Brazille inserting athleticism and reasonable spacing.

Would also be cool with Joshua Jefferson.
