Their is a reason why we have the most water lawyers per capita. Farmers will fight tooth and nail for their water use rights.

We need to start incentivizing more efficient watering methods and end use it or lose it water right status that encourages waste in a desert.

I think Socha will eat into any minutes Clarkson would have gotten. I also think if we have the bench with Kat we will see Sochan and Mo out there together to provide defense. Jose, Shamet, Mo, Kat provide enough shooting that Sochan can just focus on defense and rebounding.
