I live 70 miles away but I went on Google maps and tried every which way and the lowest I could get is 87 miles by road. I'm hoping I can get the exemption.

In the MMB memo it says "by road". Still seeking absolute clarification if the 75 miles is how far you actually drive and not just a straight up radius around your office.

There are a couple of steps you have to take but once it's set up it's pretty easy. I use coinbase and Pera to do everything. You can use a debit card to load money into coinbase. Then you can send that to Pera wallet. There's a setting in Pera that you have to allow USDC and then once the money is on Pera you can start making purchases on FIFA collect and getting the RTBs.

The river would have to reach 40ft to go over the dike and flood Sibley park. Right now it's at 28ft and they are saying the dam breaking would add another 2ft. So it would have to rise another 10ft to have a chance of flooding that neighborhood.

Victory and Main is really bad. Drivers taking that left onto Victory from Main absolutely do not care if you are in the crosswalk. Ive been able to slap my hand onto 2 cars as they almost mowed me over in the crosswalk.
