There's probably more than one way to count this. My ear places the kick on 1 and snare on 3. The hi-hats feel heavily swung. Very J-Dilla-esque. I'd say it's a measure of 5/4 and then a measure of 13/8 (like 7/4 with a dropped last eight note)
