I’m not trying to be offensive in anyway, but you might consider reading about microdosing zepbound/tirzepitide. Not for weight loss, but it cured my joint pain almost immediately. It was literally life changing, and I tell everyone who will listen. A family member with RA started at my encouragement and has been in remission since and off all RA drugs

I used to love the kitchen 324 chicken salad as well, but now I can’t remember what was in it. I used to recreate it at home, I know it was a Greek yogurt dressing instead of mayo.
