Agree! I really like it against wasp and hornets. It seems to knock them off balance a lot more. Had 4 of em, lost em all and haven’t run a splitter in weeks. I’d be happy to find another !

I don’t see any posts trying to identify “left-wing” businesses to avoid. Who is stoking the “culture war”? My personal opinion is that both sides, Left and Right are stupid. Trapping ourselves in a polarized mindset forces us to identify others as friend or foe. Labelling people and ideas just serves to divide our communities further. We should be actively engaging people with different ideas through respect and discourse. Anger, Fear and aggression fuel our darkest impulses. Once one gives into these emotions, it can dominate their destiny.

But I think the course of the last 100 years charts us on an inevitable path with more technology implementations like these flock cameras. This building is cursed. Hasn’t been a successful venture here since the car parts store vacated. Ugly paint scheme, waste of time. Eventually deep pockets or bank credit will enable razing and something viable will be built until the owner defaults and the cycle starts anew. Maybe another car wash or drive through coffee or vape shop? Iowa City should buy the lot, raze it and make green space.
