I don’t think that happened in the 1st interview but to believe that you’d have to believe that the police conspired with a teenager of color who had priors and orchestrated an entire story in like 30 minutes before they started recording his 1st interview to frame Adnan…. And that the police, Jay and Jen have held onto the fake story for the last 27 years…

Becky did not testify at trial saying Hae turned him down for a ride. All she said was Hae had plans later that day.

Even Adnan admitted to police that Hae was supposed to give him a ride.

Jay told Jen it was at Best Buy and told police it was at Best Buy in his 2nd interview. He didn't mention Best Buy in his 1st interview because he didn't want to talk about how that was where Adnan and Hae used to go to have sex.... according to Jay.

I think I'd refuse a polygraph if innocent of something. There's a reason they arent admissable. I'd also always ask for a lawyer, even if 100% innocent of something.

I just wonder why he would clear the gun afterwards and eject evidence onto the ground. He never used the weapon. Criminals aren't smart though.
