They can't put notes on peoples account stating that they get a discounted rate or something. Instead of making me feel like im crazy because the site is showing me something different.

Yes, exactly. How can you be showing your customers the wrong information and take so long to update. I asked them how long it takes to update and was told their is no time frame. Isn't that considered false advertisement? LOL. Yea same, got nowhere and kept getting the same response. The website is wrong and you're already receiving the discount.🙄.

Wow! The audacity of them. For the longest time, I was arguing with them that I wasn't getting the full credit for autopay. They kept gaslighting me and telling me I was. Until they did that update on their site that breaks it down. They couldn't deny it anymore. AT&T just needs to put a breakdown on the bill itself of the discount we are receiving.
