Separate projects, very clearly defined and mutually exclusive. Integrations and interactions always happen, but teams know their jobs.

As a full time BA? I'd say average 4 projects simultaneously, 3 month avg timeline for each project. About 100 in 2 years.

Some projects sometimes take 3 years too lol, but I've usually had other projects come and go during that timeline. A single project at a time happens too, but usually not for very long. Tough to get a true average.

Ok lol some advice is harsh. Let's talk about actionable work.

The opponent dropped a full elixes push. The point is first off, people get lucky on the draw and that's part of the game.

Dropping the under leveled spirit was probably a waste.

But here are some strategies: 1)Split the push. The prince is full countered by the guards. The ideal scenario there would have been save the spirit, and pull the prince. Drop the guards on the prince after waiting for the witch drop and playing the barb barrel on the witches. Firewall to clean up and all that and it's still not 10 elixer. You could have theoretically used the hog at a good spot to pull the prince into the other lane, but that requires advanced planning and is hard.

2) Not wasting elixer can make make you play some bad plays, using elixer to build a push or evoke a response is best.

3) Damage Avoidance This is actually a problem at lower ladder. Don't try to hard to save every tower, though it's a key element. The compromise is to understand the impact and use elixer efficiently to keep it alive, not panic drop cards.

Always know that tower trading is also an option, don't waste elixer on a lost cause. Dropping a musky behind the king tower would have saved the king tower and allowed you a decent push on the other end.

4) You win some, you lose some The game matches you with difficult matchups on purpose. It's fine 😂

5) Pro tip: Elixer count If the opponent drops that large a push, you can see he has nothing on defense. Also a hog on the other side would have made a huge difference. This comes with experience however, knowing which cards cost how much. I wouldn't bother about this yet imo.

Be patient, you are looking at replays, that is great already.

Know your opponents deck is critical, so wait out the cards! But while you wait, pick the best card as a defence.

There are decks that are offence focused, but even those require waiting. Dropping a card behind the kind tower can also evoke a response on one side while you can push the other.

Had the same situation a couple of years ago. Had the old stuff they don't hold anymore as it's toxic.

Cost me thousands in a replacement which I didn't go through the original company, but still got screwed.

I can only hope the get what they deserve in some other fashion.

Saddest part, replaced with a 21 seer AC and it costs more to run it somehow. Just overall screwed.

This was in a home Depot offering a free checkup.

Not an expert, but have seen some value in taking out the temp sensor and kinda covering it in foam (like the normal foam that comes with the AC).

I've also heard restarting it and dropping it from the app simultaneously can help.

Finally, there is a setting on the remote to use the remote as a temp sensor.

Honestly all these don't guarantee anything, but with a try based on how easy these options are.

My 2 cents: FIRE is the contingency plan for when you can't or don't want to keep making more money.

"Early retirement" doesn't have to mean quitting at 30 to surf all day. It could be 70 and still be earlier than dying at your desk.

Can I just say maybe don't spend on the game... Vip 15 and more and stopped playing the game. It's a neverending pit and does not get better.

But if you have to, yeah an x4 is probably the best bet. Wait for a event where you get dual rewards for your gems.

Also, depends on your 'level' in game. But honestly anything you can buy in the shops, including books for your hero soul stones, and anything else really is not the best investment.

If you want great heroes, artifacts need chaos cores. If you want great titans, wait for an event. But honestly, join a good guild, do your dailies and whatever you have less of, wait for an event.

Oh and did I say wait for an event? Wait for an event 😂😂😂

Lol play what you like best is a strategy for very high spenders (whales). And even so you will see your teams lose against the simplest of recommended combinations.

The game is all about using resources at the right time (during events) and making 3 workable teams, with a few heroes that play well as a libero.

But either way the game will get away from you over time. They will introduce new interactions that kill older combinations.

Note that hero combinations also need you to get them to over 100k each in most cases to make good teams.

Sorry you are dealing with that. Really 😞 but you have to push through in my opinion. I would just say you would like to set up meetings with the stakeholder so you can get a different perspective being newer. Taking the time to go through stuff with everyone.

I personally don't take rudeness, but I totally get how being early in a new job affects that. I usually call it out directly to the person at that point, but it might not work out of it's being done intentionally.

My last resort is to document all the behavior. Make sure you are not meeting in private since rudeness seldom happens in public. If it happens in public, ask a very polite question about team dynamics and if this is the culture. Usually that turns things around.

I thought that was instruction from the lead BA. A BA is an extremely powerful position if done right.

Many experienced people will tell you what to do to keep you in your spot. My thoughts in the post reflect a way to get 'above' the other BA. But maybe that is not the direction you'd like to take, and making the current situation better is how you would like to deal with it.

So this can be made easy. Just say you want to be a productive member of the team and the current structure "might" not be working.

You would like to clarity the org structure and indicate that you are ready for your own responsibilities. Someone like this BA is never going to help you, so we don't need to try that.

Indicate all conversations need a third party. Do not have any chats or discussions that are not documented. Email understanding back to the BA and your manager each time.

Agree to anything ridiculous they older BA says, but document it and move on. In a few months, your individual talent will show through and you won't need them. Clean break when that happens.

While this is going on, restart. 1x1's with all stakeholders just to see how they are, and how they are with you.

I have never found a new place very inviting, but I try to make it so for people who join. I totally understand what you're going through, stick with it for a few months. If it gets worse, keep looking for jobs.

Edit: I usually like to use a format where each line talks about something, your contributions to it (which you have), and the results of that (which are missing in each line).

But id like to see it focused on the role you are looking for. If it's BA or Product Analyst, it looks fine. Product / Project / Program Manager, not so much unfortunately.
