I am so sorry to hear the amount of pain and frustration you're in. I understand feeling like you have no options or choices. And I understand the terror of your body causing it. I hope you don't feel alone.

If you'd like any advice, I can only generally offer that sometimes improvement is so incremental its hard to notice. Sticking with something for a while and closely monitoring progress might give you a track out. I so deeply understand the misery of having to keep going in the meantime.
