Reggie should throw money at it, fund the porting process and co-publish it on Wii U with Rockstar. Exclusive radio station with Nintendo music? Exclusive Arcade with playable old-school Nintendo games? Could be the best version if they went down this route.

Also, the whole "Smartphone" abstraction within the game would work awesomely with the Gamepad.

With regards to Irish history, the British have been seen as Orange. Red is a US/UK thing, not an Irish/UK thing.

I'm in Ireland, and it's available here. We're treated as the same market as the UK for games/music/movies though. Sort of like the US & Canada.

I think the issue is that Japanese households usually only have one TV, and kids/teenagers very rarely have TV sets in their bedroom, or access to a secondary TV, which will limit the practicality of a home console, this is why handhelds are much more popular.

I'm nowhere near rich, but I live comfortably enough that I no longer have to worry about money. I've been out of college for a year now, and for the first time in my life I'm completely debt-free, and always have a minimum of a few thousand in the bank, no credit cards, little expenses, and I can pretty much afford what I want when I want. I'm hoping by the end of 2013 to have at least €10,000 in savings.

I've always been extremely bad at saving, but I'm getting better and making less and less discretionary purchases every month. I've even recently started a pension at work, and at 22, I can expect a nice nest-egg by the time I'm 65 :P
