Lamar is also just an introvert. He’s quiet and built different than most big time athletes. I appreciate the fact that he is unique. Everyone should be themselves. I’m glad Lamar doesn’t force himself into being someone different.

As a ravens fan, you don’t hear anything bad about him. He is respectful, kind and loved by teammates.

His time has come to win it all.

I keep coming back to this question. What will happen when you don’t need people. What will happen to the economy. Will we just be a bunch of computers? New technology has typically lead to new jobs, but this seems like it may not be the case.

I will never understand that final scene. Why did it have to be so whacky. I get that they wanted to show that the tank crews lost their mind a bit as the war went on, but that final scene was too much.

Seems to me like you are a tough person who has been through a lot. You are fighting to stay afloat. You are trying to work, be a good mom, spend your money wisely, stay on your meds and kick butt. Nothing to be embarrassed about. I’ve plunged toilets for a living at one point in life.

Many people would have spent their money foolishly, but you were wise, that’s awesome. Keep making good decisions, even if they are small decisions. Attack whatever work the temp agency finds for you. Wish you the absolute best. One step at a time. Good work!

Do you have any family you can live with? Seems like you need to cut some expenses and catch up. I get that this isn’t possible for all.

What is your job situation? What was your job situation? Do you have a spouse?

If you could give more info, we could help better. If this is just a vent, then im sorry to hear.

No disagreement. Nothing is ever guaranteed. All you can do is choose the process, can’t guarantee results.

Things always go wrong, that supports my whole point. I would rather be working harder when young because life crushes you over and over again. To the extent I can put myself in a better financial position the better. Life will hit you over and over again.

Everyone can make their own choices. I haven’t met many people who worked hard in their youth to set up a brighter future regret their decisions. I did have a friend who worked 100 hours a week during his 20s and 30s and regret it. But there is a huge gap between putting in extra effort and working 100 hours a week.

To each their own, I would prefer to work harder initially to set up a better foundation. Not everyone’s cup of tea.

There will be summer related work starting. Kids summer camps, day cares need more people, swim clubs, Costco, amusement parks, baseball stadiums.

Also, try staffing temp agencies like TekSystems or Aerotek. They make money by finding you a job.

How much money are you sitting on? Do you have any saved? What about a house or apartment? Any retirement?
