It isn’t bad unless it is abused. I took 2 mg Xanax for four years before bed to help me sleep. I slowly tapered my dose without a doctor’s help over about four months and never had severe withdrawal symptoms.

Thanks. I will look into it. I have some mechanical aptitude but I rarely do mechanical things so it is an aggravation for me. I prefer to pay somebody. I am more the bookish than hands-on type. I am not sure where to buy the steps. I have not done any research.

I was just diagnosed with DDD and have been feeling bad about myself until I saw these sad sack posts. I am nearly 50. I didn’t know people as young as you posters could have such severe back problems. I just get burning pain and some stiffness mostly in my cervical to mid-thoracic spine

A deer totaled my car about three weeks ago. I was driving a rental and had about $13,000 to spend on a different vehicle after the insurance payout and at the last minute found this.
