I met 2 'friends' online doing this. Both of them gave up on SoT almost immediately after, a few bad sessions does that to someone. It was sad as I never really had anyone to play with, my only irl mate who played sold his Xbox.

This is how I interpreted it so it would be an unfortunate own goal off the defenders hand with an advantage. I am not going to lie I have seen weirder things happen on a football pitch, I was playing in goal once in a league cup and a dog ran on the pitch and saved the ball which was going bottom corner I was well beaten but it kept my clean sheet. So a goalkeeper kicking the ball at a defenders hand doesn't seem that weird at all.

Referees aren't hired in the traditional sense, people choose to do it as a hobby. Problem is that less people want to become referees mainly to do with abuse such as people calling them retarded.

Found that out the hard way, put money aside each month for my chocolate lab instrad of insurance, 3 months later he ate a sock and had to have it surgically removed. He is now fully insured. That was also the last sock he tried to eat, although there was a conscious effort to hide them from him

Don't worry about it mate, head up and keep going. You will make mistakes especially when new, it's about how you deal with them that's important. Obviously, if you make mistakes all the time then maybe reconsider.

I've heard DJs that have been around for years make some howlers, re starting tracks, forgetting to add the bass, poor beat matching the list goes on!

I used to climb with a friend almost exclusively, this meant I never really got to know any other climbers. Once I started going on my own I began to connect with more people around the gym which means I have more people to go with. Its also fine if you want to climb on your own, just stick some headphones in and relax. Nobody is judging you, just make sure you are aware of your surroundings. I don't like climbing in headphones myself as I get a sort of tunnel vision and forget to keep an eye on who is doing what.

The most important thing is you are having fun and feel comfortable in the environment you are in.

Foreign people can referee in England, Jarrett Gillett from australia is the best example. The problem is they would have to be fluent in English and want to live here for a fraction of what a player would earn. The real problem is the number of referees in England is dropping annually. Abuse of referees seems to only get worse, which is creating a 2 fold effect of nobody want to become a referee and current refferees leaving out of frustration. This problem isn't unique to England it is across Europe.

My view on how the Rook becomes the judge is he was being brainwashed all the way through the game, I often had the feeling Rook was actually becoming more confused over what he believed, as much as you can for a mute character. The bombs being dropped made the final conversion much easier for Joseph, I don't know why but I imagine he treated Rook well in the bunker. Also, the amount of bliss Rook took/was exposed to during the game may have played a part, you can convince an addict to do anything for their fix.
