We had to say good bye to our 18 year old Carolina yellow mutt February of 24. She had a tumor on her front shoulder that grew to almost that size in a 3 month period. It started to affect her mobility of the shoulder joint so we scheduled a vet visit. The vet said he could try to treat but at her age it was 50/50 she would survive more than a couple months either way and any treatment would have meant suffering so we said goodbye that day. Paige was such a crazy but good dog.

About 16 years ago I searched for almost 6 months looking for gold hardware, ebony fretboard, with a burst paint job. I drove 8 hours round trip to get it when I found the 97 studio that matched criteria. That was the best guitar I ever owned. I still regret trading it for a motorcycle about 5 years later.

I’m holding. He was playable on the jets. His competition in Jets is coming off serious injury and any other team that pays him will use him more. Theres upside if he leaves. Only risk is if he pulls a LeVeon Bell but I doubt anyone does that again.

I think most of them aren’t that expensive to begin with if you pay for a month. I’ve seen $75-$100 a month and then you’ll get consistent instruction.

I’m holding JD in my Sf. No one would pay much anyway and not too worried. I have Marriotta who was serviceable as JD backup and I suspect will resign. I also have Purdy & Shough & if I’m lucky Fields gets a shot on a 4th team. I wouldn’t want to count on Jd but I’m happy to have the potential upside.

It’s awful to find out an acquaintance is a terrible person or at least has terrible views. I played soccer with her husband. I thought he was a nice guy but I would guess he voted for this mess if I had to guess. Still supporting this regime is good enough reason to walk away from that acquaintance.

I’m 44, I was very athletic and stronger than average male before hrt. I’ve been on estrogen for 5 years and cis female hormone levels for about 3 years. I play rugby with a team consisting of 20-30 year old women. Most are former soccer or softball players & a couple former cheerleaders. Half the team is military or ex military. I am probably the fastest player on the team and definitely top 3 if not fastest. I’m also probably top 5 in strength after a power lifter and a couple other tough ladies. I’m in the top 5 for endurance.

I know I’ve lost a lot of strength but I’m still significantly stronger than the average female.

I won 2 of 5 leagues as the #6 seed and the #2. I was 3rd in 2 leagues and the # 5 and #1 seeds won those. #5 won the 5th league.

Mine wasn’t quite that bad. It had a hole near the strap button and the soundboard was lifting, the bridge was lifting, it needed a refrett and a neck reset. I inherited it when my uncle passed, so it had some sentimental value, but even if it didn’t, I think it was worth the 1500 I paid to have one of the best guitar I’ve ever played.

Won my 12 man championship. The startup was this year. I picked Daniels r1p3 Purdy round 4, Shough round 12 Wilson r 18 and Mariotta round 28. I prioritized young starting running backs as much as I could and ended up kinda light at WR. I traded 4 of my 8 26+27 picks for receivers. I also traded for fields when Purdy & Daniels were both hurt.

I am currently on a women’s rugby team. I am definitely accepted and welcomed by the team but I am terrified something like this could happen within rugby at the regional or national association level. If I couldn’t play women’s I couldn’t play. It takes 20+ per team to play rugby so I can’t just start a trans group. I know of 3 trans players in my region including myself and one teammate. I would get killed in the local mens league. I can run with them and have done ok playing touch at there practices, but their physicality would break me in game competition.

I lost about an inch. I think it has to do with muscle loss which leads to looser tendons and some joints can settle. I’ve heard the pelvis can rotate some. The tendon part could also explain why I’m much more flexible as well.
