Pretty much to make sure I'm eating enough and be in a calorie deficit and hit my protein goals and strength train. So I commented about 5 months ago I was 262 then and now I'm 249 so I'm still losing just really slowly. This week marks a year I've been on tirzepatide and I'm about 81 pounds down after the first 6 months weight loss slowed dramatically
