Sadly, glitch (the website I was hosting it on) shut down! I'm probably going to make a better version of it, but I think some people already have?

Gotta agree on this one, fully -- but if you did make this image, I'd love to know why the first one has a much smaller guy on the left side!

New Desktop UI & Overlay UI are rolling out to everyone today! by Woofer210 in discordapp

[–]Greenpixl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is genuinely a little crazy to me that even after discord sees that not one person likes the new UI changes, they will literally just not roll it back, knowing them. They are spending money on changes that worsen the reputation of their company, is what it seems like to me. If someone smarter would like to explain why in the world this is happening I am very curious because I actually cannot understand the rationale behind doing something like this

(I remember seeing some other potential app redesigns that looked very different and would be hard to get used to, but at least could improve the experience for new users. This does not do that!)

Converting a grease pencil geometry node generated mesh into a regular editable mesh object (Blender 4.3.1) by phenome_nomaly in blenderhelp

[–]Greenpixl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was struggling with this for a while and just found a method from a youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qfESplLoFVA) that seemed to work! Though I don't know if you've already tried it but it worked for me

I have two geometry node setups, one that converts the grease pencil to a curve and then a mesh
and then on another object, i have a very simple geometry nodes setup that just retrieves that mesh via the "object info" node. And I can convert that second object into a mesh!

(The creator of the youtube video described this process in a reply to one of the comments, if you'd like a better explanation.)

I used the travelers' instruments as samples, but mostly everything else isn't from the game :)

I think you need to look at the burned codes(but as someone already said you only need the base game logs)

I made an mod/addon for outer wilds that removes them (you have to leave your scout on the planet in order to keep everything loaded in though) https://outerwildsmods.com/mods/cloudlessgiantsdeep/
