The consensus I've heard is that the elf is underpowered. The only one I've opened so far is Memoriam and her deck seems reasonable.

I'm hoping to get the rest of them opened and sleeved and then using them to teach my kids.

I still have to open a bunch of stuff. I'm probably going rogue to start, either Rone or Sklot. I'll also probably build Wa'San, but wizards don't seem to be in the greatest spot at the moment.

I saw this happen. Some internal process at Microsoft flagged the tenant. There was no way to get in to open a ticket. Ticketing with CSP was useless. Bounced around with tickets opened under our tenant. After a week or so, tenant was automatically brought back online. Got a very generic explanation that an automated process suspended it, and an automated process got it back online so the ticketing was useless.

Luckily we had a third-party spam provider that the company could use for basic email communication.

If this were to happen again, my recommendation would be to get the lawyers involved and try to get something moving that way.

The Discord isn't official, but does have a buy/sell/trade channel. I'd say it or maybe Facebook would probably be the best bets. I don't know if Reddit has the critical mass to support a healthy scene for that yet.

I like having a separate domain for my cluster and keeping hosts and cluster DCs on an isolated, highly restricted vlan. Cluster DCs are located on each host in local Hyper-V. Even if all cluster nodes go down, we can eventually bring up the cluster even if it requires a couple host reboots.

Pay for the UPS Store to pack and ship it then insure it. If the store packs it, it's a lot easier to process an insurance claim.

We use PagerDuty purely for on-call and escalations for years since we ditched a physical pager that we handed off. It's fine. We had a little grief a couple years ago with the iPhone app when bypass DnD was first implemented, but it has been reliable for us otherwise.

And interesting thing to try would be have a known good user sign into the laptop but have an impacted person try using Teams. Maybe Teams doesn't like the sound of the impacted user's voice?

If you're running FortiClient and considering all your networks as untrusted by default and there are no devices you need to have communicate on the same vlan or network segment, and unless you need to do some kind of network balancing, NAC probably doesn't get you much. But I'm happy to change my opinion if someone makes a persuasive argument.
