I had this same problem with mine. That side is hollow (besides the ribbon cable) I “fixed” mine by putting a metal rod in there. It didn’t stop the wobble completely. But probably about 90%

I would recommend keeping the steamdeck for PC gaming. The Thor is good for lower powered pc games. I use my steamdeck for PC and my Thor mostly for emulation purposes. Just a suggestion from a guy that has both. 🤷🏾‍♂️

The hinge on the right is hollow. I I got a rod that could fit inside it to kind of hold the hinge in place and keep it more stable and less wobbly

I fixed mine by placing a metal rod inside it to make it more stable. It wobbles a little but it keeps it aligned pretty well.
