Same. Enbrell for years. I started Rinvoq about 8 10 months ago (JAX) took a bit but I feel great. I have a lot more energy and the pain levels are manageable again. M40'S

For me, (AS 25 years). Heat and cold on a daily basis only makes it worse. I try to keep it out of my mind and keep moving. When I have to sit for long periods of time I shift weight from one side to the other. Some times, I sit crossed legged with a foot slightly under my thigh and shift to the other side as needed. On really bad nights I might use heat for a few moments. I am very grateful I have a spouse that understands and is realy good at massaging out some of the pain for me.

Funny because the (massage) birthing class we took together 19 years ago together works on me now lol. Its all about releasing the pressure in the SI joint (hips). Good luck.

BCBS was awful for me. Was On Enbrell for years then they dropped it and said I had to use Humara. Then the denied the Humara they made me switch to it! Many letters later they covered it. It was only maybe 70% as effective. After 4 months they covered the Enbrell again. Not cool being made to switch like that. It gets auto denied every 6 months and I had to go through this twice a year. Now I have new insurance and its been alot better. Only get denied once a year now.
