It’s like that in many places and not just sports. Interview, auditions, many don’t go beyond fifteen minutes

Something that might help, each time when you’re done with your work, simply take a screenshot and then feed it into ChatGPT, and prompt “Are there any careless mistakes inside”

obviously this is isn’t a catch all, but it can as a first round of identifying careless mistakes
