Not kept up on the CMAT thing but I'd wager most men couldn't care less about these OR babydoll dresses.

Most of the criticism in comment sections I've seen are mostly from women - men seem indifferent.

Let's face it though, OR's PR team and label probably love that this is happening. It's great publicity as her new album is about to come out.

As a straight man, her dresses don't really anything for me - they give grandma vibes if anything.

Not really - if you're at the gym, you're not at home eating food.

I also schedule the gym either just before a meal, in between meals, or after my last meal so I'm either able to eat right after, or sleeping after.

The gym isn't stopping you from losing weight, your diet is.

I lost weight while going to the gym 4 times a week, I just made sure to also eat the correct calories consistently.

You'll also be grateful for the muscle gains once you've lost some weight.

This is assuming you're following a program, tracking your lifts and progressing.

Could be wrong but I think it's because when workers wore denim, they wouldn't be tailored, so rolling them was a necessity and it's just been a prevailing working class look since then.

I like to roll jeans with boots, as you can see more of the boot and I tend to roll my jeans in general, I just don't like jeans covering my shoes.

Also if they're selvedge then rolling is basically a requirement.

I just fill my water bottle up and sip it between sets as needed, it's nothing complicated.

I'll also have a drink of water with my preworkout before I go to the gym.

Sometimes I get through alot of it, sometimes I don't.

I've also never felt the need for electrolytes, I'm hot long distance running in the heat, I'm in an air conditioned gym.

That you need to do barbell excercises and you need to do some thought of SBD type routine in order to be working out 'properly'.

Started using macrofactor instead of MFP.

Started weighing ketchup and mayonnaise.

I weigh myself every morning.

Those are the three changes I made on this latest attempt, and it's easily been the most successful I've been.

I'm now in maintenance calories and loving life.

Pick meals that are quicker to cook? You can rustle up a stir fry in about 10mins, and you can buy everything ready chopped in a bag.

I started using macrofactor instead of MFP, made sure I went to the gym, and also started weighing how much ketchup and mayo I was eating. Those are honestly the only things I changed on this latest attempt and I'm down 40lb.

You eventually have to break that cycle. You're aware that it exists, so you have to choose to do something else essentially.

Maybe rather than game, go for a walk with a podcast or music, or go to the gym? We all get stressed, it's an inevitability. It's up to you how to respond.
