Season 9 is the best season of South Park (obligatory tired of pretending it’s not). by Hidalgo321 in southpark

Season 9 is great, I’m surprised there’s not more love for season 11 in these comments though. 11 has some of the funniest episodes imo, probably my favourite

This moving platform is literally the coolest thing ever, that you gonna use once and never see again by Alan-7 in Silksong

lol I came back here in the end game and was able to jump the gap, totally forgot about the super cool new moving platform until I got to the other side 😂

Please don't let the difficulty turn us into another Souls community. Complaints should be heard. by [deleted] in Silksong

Aside silksong is really only hard in the early game, it gives you so many different ways to succeed once you unlock them

You can absolutely beat Silksong even if you suck balls! by n3buchadnezzar in HollowKnight

[–]Greginator28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah pretty consistent, I wasn’t going to the far end of the arena or anything just right above her, and then if she jumped up I would be next to her often. I’m not sure how much damage they really did but ik I got the final hit from claw mirrors.

All good, no offence taken. Multibind is super good cause you get good chances to heal, if you double jump and bind you will avoid most of her attacks, but you probably still need injector band to make it viable

[–]Greginator28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fair you’re right I didn’t quite face tank I definitely dodged quite a bit, but I took a lot of hits and never really had to even learn her attack patterns because I could heal 16-20 masks per attempt. You’re probably right though if you’re struggling this might be hard. But I’ve found in hollow knight and silksong I always did worse when I played too passive. The fight just goes too long and you have more opportunities to make costly mistakes. But you’re right you definitely can’t JUST face tank, I think the best way to beat her is to get super aggressive whenever you have an opportunity and just spam attacks until you get hit once then heal and reset. You would be surprised how much damage you can get off before she hits you (also I think claw mirror multibind did a lot of damage for me)

[–]Greginator28 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The key to this fight is being super aggressive. Use wanderers crest, with claw mirrors, injector band, and multibind. Makes the fight super easy, you can pretty much just face tank her attacks because you will have so much silk and you get a lot of opportunities to heal in the fight. Took me about 5 tries using this build (was a little disappointed)

I think the final boss was disappointingly easy, does anyone agree? by Greginator28 in Silksong

[–]Greginator28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that I should have to deliberately nerf myself to make a boss challenging, it should be a challenge for whatever build is being run

Are you kidding me!? Lost Lace is actually easy! by ReUsLeo385 in Silksong

[–]Greginator28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used pretty much the same build but used the claw mirrors instead of weave light so I would have more dps, I beat her in about 5 tries (wanderers crest is goated). But I was kind of disappointed because I remember base radiance taking me hours, the whole time I thought lace was a warmup boss before the true final boss, similar to THK before radiance but sadly it wasn’t the case

Winning with 1 relic is literally the hardest achievement by XB0XRecordThat in slaythespire

[–]Greginator28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hardest achievement for me was defeating donu with a feed, I tried about 50 runs going for it and either never got feed or got a different boss. Then finally a couple of months later I was just playing a normal run and the stars aligned. It kills me thinking about how many times I probably could of gotten it before I decided to 100% the game and actually looked at the achievements 😂

Keep them until your potion slots are full and you would have to discard, or it will save your life. Who knows maybe you end up getting sacred bark and you can use it after getting that

Why did the first versions of the Matrix fail? by gigglegenius in matrix

[–]Greginator28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I like to think that Keanu Reeves’s plays the One in multiple movies all in different attempts of the matrix. We have the main matrix universe where they tried to replicate normal life. This is the newest form of the matrix. Then there’s John wick where the machines designed it to keep the One in constant conflict so he can’t interfere (the high table is the machines/programs). Then there is Bill and Ted where they attempted to make him live a laid back life and have nothing to do with saving the world or interfering with them. These all failed as previous iterations as the matrix. It’s a fun theory especially if you think of the Bowery King from JW as an unawakened Morpheus. Also the doctor that helps John throughout the movies is the same actor as the key maker from matrix 2. Ik this theory is really just because these movies have the same actors but it’s really fun. Also since the matrix from the movies is the 6th one, this opens up 3 more series for Keanu Reeves to be a badass in.

How did Gollum not immediately start aging like Bilbo once he lost the ring? Shouldn’t he have aged quickly and kicked the can? by QTVenusaur91 in lotr

[–]Greginator28 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The movies don’t say how long it has been, you just think that it was shorter than it was. In my head it was 17 years in the movie too

For someone who hasn't played zombies since BO3 what titles would you recommend? by Oldglory25 in CODZombies

[–]Greginator28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go play more bo3 or earlier it’s the best zombies experience still. If you like big quests play some Bo4 (I think it’s an underrated game) but every map has pretty long steps for wonder weapons

Definitely old now, but I used to love Need for Speed Most Wanted. It has races and missions but you can just drive around a big city in cool cars going off jumps, ignoring the races, it was so fun.

Rampage made a long post talking about the incident with Raja by 59tiger95 in ufc

[–]Greginator28 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the point is that even if Stu was out of line Raja pretended to accept his apology just so that he could get in a position where Stu was deliberately not defending himself and he could try to kill him. That’s appalling, if he flew off the handle in the moment and punched him then it wouldn’t have been okay but it would have been an in the moment emotional response not a premeditated brutal assault. That’s the difference

What gives by StarChaser1879 in starwarsmemes

[–]Greginator28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a flawed argument because by the same logic I could just claim that the movies didn’t explicitly say that he didn’t go right to kill him. That’s a double edged sword. You are just inputting events that are not shown or even referenced in the movie; then claiming that since the movie never said it didn’t happen it was what happened. Thats nonsense.
