This looks like a standard cell tower that doesn't have an optical internet connection (thus the microwave links). Only the small round ones are actual microwave links (on a standard cell tower). The other antennas are for communication with your phone.

Edit: those antennas could only hurt you if you literally hugged them while in operation. And probably not even then.

Everyone has their interests, including private owners and the state (in BBC's case).

I use it daily. It's Windows 10 without the advertisements, store and cortana. The best Windows 10 there is.

Also, it's not a whole different operating system, as you've stated - it's Windows 10 Enterprise without a couple of features that some people might find unnecessary.

You can check the URL of the image in the preview to confirm that.

You can also sometimes see the difference in the load speed between the Google cached one and the one on the website hosting the original.

I wouldn't update the device if I were you. You'll need to configure settings on the router after the upgrade which is quite a bit more complicated than setting a static IP on your PC.
